 The CELC Women's group is asking you to bring small toiletries for Women to the service on Sunday March 12th. Donations will be collected at the door and distributed to the Women's shelter. (Toothpaste, toothbrushes, lotion, soap, shampoo etc) 

Tuesday March 14th at 7:00pm

James and the Giant Proverbs, Wisdom Literature in the Book of Proverbs and the Letter of James. We meet in person at the church and on zoom.

Our next Regional Zoom Bible study will be on  March 15th, from 3-4:03pm. We meet with people from the Southern Interior Region and beyond to study the readings for the upcoming Sunday. Together we learn, discuss, discover, and share our faith. 

Everyone is welcome! No prerequisites.

All you need is a phone or internet connection, your Bible, and  a cup of coffee or tea!

The zoom or phone information will be sent out a day or two prior to the meeting.

This year’s Lenten Midweek service will be on Wednesday, March 15 at 7:00pm. It will be a service of healing with prayer and anointing of oil as our focus turns to Jesus, "Healer of Our Every Ill." You are invited to bring a cross that has a deep meaning for you, as in community we will have opportunity to share our "cross" stories with one another, to sing, to pray, and to be in silence with one another and before God.

Soup'n buns will be served at 5:30pm

Our AGM is Sunday, March 19 at 12:30pm. 

There will be a potluck lunch immediately following worship.

 Book: Julian's Cell by Ralph Milton

We start a new book Julian's Cell by  Ralph Milton.

The CELC Women's group will be hosting an Easter Breakfast on Sunday April 9th at 8:30 am. Come and share in the fellowship with a great breakfast followed by our 10 am Easter service. Please RSVP, as we need to know approximate numbers. There is a signup sheet on the bulletin board in the Narthex. 

CLWR and the Humanitarian Coalition are rushing assistance.

Worship Services continue in house  on Sundays at 10:00am.

The last Sunday of the month is a German service with Communion.

Der letzte Sonntag im Monat ist ein deutscher Gottesdienst mit Abendmahl.

On-line services will be provided as technical support volunteers are available.

We need volunteers to:

• live stream  services 
• project the hymns
• set up sound system
• assist the minister,  altar guild, usher & greet

Training is provided and you can assist as much or as little as you like.
